WebJan 11, 2016 · We have a client who is experiencing issues with scanning to email from a Sharp MX-4140N printer. The printer manufacturer has confirmed there is no issues with the printer itself. Standard emails are working just fine, they are just having difficulties with the scan to email. Is there a known issue with scanning to emails in Office 365?
