WebI've been doing this for about 1.5 weeks now. 100 swings @20kg/44lb every 2 days (plus some lat raises, planks and OHP). I do it in 40, 30, 30 chunks with ~2 minutes in between. Im also eating 500 cal below TDEE. I'm mainly wanting to lose a slight belly (skinny fat), and any muscle gain is a bonus (particularly in the shoulders).
