It's because when the Windows 10 Start menu is enabled, I redirect explorer.exe to using a legacy version of AppResolver.dll which is needed so that pinning stuff from File Explorer windows works for the Start menu.. There's no easy fix. It's why I am against using old versions of libraries, stuff like this can happen.
